On the 26th of October 2018, Smart Technologies held an event at the InterContinental Hotel, Malta. In attendance were over 100 individuals from the hospitality and enterprise industry along with stakeholders from Ruckus Networks. The premise of the event was to hold a number of talks and workshops that would allow all attendees to find out more about the latest solutions that Ruckus have on offer.
Mr Angelo D’Alessandro the Channel Account Manager and Mr Nicola Gabbriellini, System Engineer EMEA at Ruckus Networks were on hand to deliver several sessions to enlighten attendees about services on offer that could improve their operations and deliverance of services to customers.
The first workshop was entitled “Ruckus Network Mobility Solutions for the Hospitality Market” and took an in-depth look at how good quality hotel Wi-Fi is a key influencer in guest satisfaction levels. Studies shows that 83% of TripAdvisor users will report a bad hotel WiFi experience and 36% will not rebook if they experienced one. Up t0 86% of luxury hotels and touristic accommodations rely on Ruckus Smart Wi-Fi and the Ruckus team were on standby to explain why.
The second seminar of the day was called “Ruckus Network Mobility Solutions for Enterprise” and focused on the requirement of SMEs to have fast, efficient, and cost efficient WiFi to increase growth and productivity. The speakers explained that with Ruckus, Wi-Fi for business is both easy and affordable and any space can be turned into a work space with dependable network coverage.
