Malta has unfortunately now registered its first COVID-19 instance. We are currently monitoring the situation on a continuous basis in close proximity with the local government and health authorities.
The quality of our service to you as our clients, your health and safety and that of our people are, and will, remain our top priority.
In light of the current development, we do not believe that the quality of our service should be impacted. Our services will continue to be provided to you in a traditional manner (through onsite client visits/work, where applicable). We however, do not exclude the possibility that, should members of our teams be directly or indirectly affected or should the local situation worsen, we may need to instruct our people to work from home.
Should this situation arise we will require your full collaboration in order to facilitate the achievement of our common goal – effective and quality deliverable/s as set out through our engagement with you.
We will continue to monitor the situation on a daily basis and will communicate with you, your teams and with our people as the situation unfolds. Our ask of you is to likewise keep the health and safety of our people as one of your priorities and advise us immediately should you become aware of a situation where one of your employees has been diagnosed with the virus during a period where our people are working from your offices. This will enable us to discuss next steps with you at the outset and to advise our people accordingly.
