Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending products, and providing demonstrations on how our products work. You will play a vital role in achieving sales targets, developing relationships with existing customers, and sourcing new clients.


  • Identify technical needs of customers and recommend appropriate products.
  • Explain complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Follow up with customers and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Keep customers informed about new products and technological advancements.
  • Prepare proposals and reports related to technical products.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Report sales activity to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and contact information.


  • Minimum of 2 years sales or marketing experience.
  • Degree in IT, business, or related field, would be ideal.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of company’s products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and follow up on leads.
  • Proven track record in selling products and closing deals.
  • Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.
  • Excellent presentation skills and professional appearance.
  • Valid driver’s license.
