Oracle Hospitality Implementation Specialist

Smart Technologies Ltd is seeking to recruit an Oracle Hospitality Implementation Specialist.

The role of an Oracle Hospitality Implementation Specialist is to provide implementation and training support to our clients who seek qualified professionals with the abilities to configure, maintain integration and deliver training of the Oracle OPERA PMS.

The PMS Specialist will be responsible for:

• Configuration and launching of OPERA PMS.
• Preparing and delivering training to customers on OPERA PMS.
• Creation and Editing of OPERA stationary with Oracle Reports Builder Tool.
• Providing user maintenance and troubleshooting on their day-to-day use.
• Identifying PMS oriented solutions for any new Hotel needs and requirements.

Assets:

• Previous experience working in a hospitality environment.
• A working knowledge of hotel accounting and financial principles.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Servers and Networking.
• A basic grasp of PL/SQL programming.
