Front Office Administrator

Due to the continued growth of Smart Technologies Ltd, we are currently seeking a full-time Front Office Administrator.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for the overall administration of the front office.

Duties will include:

  • Greet Visitors
  • Answer and channel incoming calls
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Upkeep the reception area
  • General administration of the office
  • Post and allocate payments received
  • Process purchase order requests and follow-up pending orders
  • Provide clerical support to the other Departments.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Good command of written and spoken Maltese &  English
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Programmes, including Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Pleasant personality
  • Organisational Skills
  • Team player
