Front Office Administrator
Due to the continued growth of Smart Technologies Ltd, we are currently seeking a full-time Front Office Administrator.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for the overall administration of the front office.
Duties will include:
- Greet Visitors
- Answer and channel incoming calls
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Upkeep the reception area
- General administration of the office
- Post and allocate payments received
- Process purchase order requests and follow-up pending orders
- Provide clerical support to the other Departments.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Good command of written and spoken Maltese & English
- Competency in Microsoft Office Programmes, including Word and Excel
- Good communication skills
- Pleasant personality
- Organisational Skills
- Team player
